Quebec Tout ou Rien (All or Nothing) is a 12/24 lotto game that started in November 2014. This game has a unique prize structure since it awards an equal jackpot for choosing the correct half of the numbers as winners OR for picking none of the right numbers.

To play Quebec All or Nothing, choose 12 numbers from 1-24. Tickets are $2 each. Drawings are held once a day. The odds of winning Tout ou Rien are 1 in 1,352,078. The jackpot prize is $250,000.

Thirty-six percent of all the winning numbers drawn in Quebec All or Nothing are numbers that won in the last drawing.

WHEN TO PLAY A LONG SHOT NUMBER

Since 50 percent of all Tout ou Rien numbers are drawn each game and there are so few numbers to pick from, you don't see many long skip periods between wins. When you see a number out more than about 8 drawings, by all means play it. Probability is on your side.

GET THE ODD/EVEN ADVANTAGE

You should have a relatively equal mix of odd and even numbers. More than half of all the drawings have a relatively even spread of 5 Odd/7 Even, 6 Odd/6 Even or 7 Odd/5 Even. After you choose five numbers you want to play, add them together and make sure that the sum of the 12 numbers adds up to somewhere between 131 and 169. Sums that fall within that range will account for over 70 percent of all lottery jackpots won.

Although this type of pick-12 game is becoming more popular in the USA, we do not currently have wheels designed for this type of game.
