In the past, we accidentally have released versions of our programs that may have a problem with the autoupdate feature.
If you have one of these versions, you may see an error if you click check for upgrade,
and the program will not be able to update by itself.
To fix this, you will need to download the newest version of the program directly from our site.
After the new update, the problem should not happen again for future updates.
Please note, if you are using a flash drive, make sure you select the correct drive letter and folder to install to.

If after reinstalling, you are still receiving an error, we may not yet be aware of the problem.
Please Contact Technical Support with the program name and version number and the details of the error.
