If you are using the new Advantage Gold or a Wheel Gold program, this could be a bug, and we request that you submit any bug reports if the program prompts you to.
With Advantage Plus, the most likely cause is that one or more of the history files is corrupt.
You can go to the C:\GH folder and delete every file with a .slh extension,
then go to Lottery Updater to download new files and try the program again.
If this doesn't work, it's likely a defect in the program's copy.
Reinstall by downloading the program from our website.
