A percentage system is a method for playing the hot lotto numbers. Use a list of winning numbers for the last ten drawings and find the numbers which have had 2 hits within the past 10 games, but at least one of those 2 hits should have taken place within the last 5. Add a few numbers that have been out more than 10 games and use a Balanced Wheel^® to play the whole group.
